1: THE GOLDEN RULE "NO means NO"- Anyone at anytime can say NO, even if you are in the middle of an encounter and they decide to change their minds! Rejection of a sexual advance does not require justification and must always be respected. Respect for one's play partners is a hallmark of swinging activity, and violation of this directive can result in immediate expulsion from the premises.

2: NO TOUCHING WITHOUT PERMISSION

3: APPROACH THE LADIES WITH RESPECT. If a single lady or wife is interested in you, let them approach you. Approach the husband/partner and treat him with respect. Make conversations with him first before talking to his wife/partner. Be patient and polite during the evening.

4: NO HARASSMENT - This includes: Staring at the lady members, asking for phone numbers, and/or asking for sex more then once. If you are interested in swinging with someone, let him or her know in an inviting way; if they are interested, they will respond positively. If they are not and say "No, thank you," NEVER ask WHY.

5: You are REQUIRED to act like a gentleman and be courteous at all times.

6: ALCOHOL - Drunkenness will not be tolerated. HERS is not a bar to get drunk in.

7: THE COUPLES LOUNGE - HERS has an area clearly marked for "Couples Only". You are NEVER allowed to enter that area as a single male. This area is in the back upper lounge on the right side of the building. Additionally, if you're part of couple and your lady leaves the area, you must leave with her. You may not be without her at any time.

8: PRIVACY- If a door is closed DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN IT! You will be immediately escorted out of club if you open a closed door. If a couple wants to be with single males they will leave a door open.

If at any time you break ANY of the rules, you will be escorted out and banned from ever returning. NO REFUNDS, NO 2nd CHANCES. Remember, it is a PRIVILEGE for single males or husbands to be invited to HERS Night Club, so don't jeopardize your privilege.
